The Allen and Fleming Partnership is a small family business located exclusively in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. We purchase buildings in the historical district that we believe have potential to be great rental properties and beautiful contributions to the Historic District of Downtown Carlisle.
We offer our apartments and buildings at a reasonable rent - usually one that covers only our cost of ownership - to make affordable housing available to those who seek to enjoy the laid-back environment of Carlisle. In many of our apartments, heat and other utilities are included in the rents we charge so our tenants have an accurate idea before move-in of the expenses to be paid throughout the term of the lease without having to worry about the changing costs of such things as heat and water/sewage.
As a small family business, we are on call 24/7 for property emergencies. There are between 1 and 3 partners in Carlisle at any given time to help with any problems that may arise while living with us. We remediate any problems as quickly as possible, however if a member of our partnership is unable to correct the problem or it is not something we are comfortable repairing, we will hire a professional at our cost (assuming no tenant negligence) to complete the work ASAP.
We are very reasonable and accommodating landlords who develop personal relationships with most tenants and are happy to answer questions ranging from places to buy furniture to places for a good meal to utility company and other important apartment related info.
