          This historic limestone apartment building offers apartments and businesses for rent located 1 block from the main square in one of the most desirable areas of downtown Carlisle.  You are just steps away from Pomfret High Sts which boast fresh food cafés, international dining, small boutique shopping, and more. In addition it is ideally located blocks from both Dickinson College and Dickinson School of Law Penn State and is a quick drive to the US Army War College, 81, and 76 (PA Turnpike).

          The building's exterior was repainted in 2012 and the beautiful courtyard in the rear is shared by all tenants for grilling, lounging, or just enjoying the shade.  There is easy access to the rear parking lot and the provided trash & recycling bins (included in rent at no cost).           There are four residential apartments located on the second floor (Lettered apts) which also has an exit to the rear fire escape that leads to the courtyard and parking lot.
