Some hard partying frat guys left us with this mess to deal with...

​I think it is fair to say these tenants did not do an overabundance of cleaning.

After a trip to the junkyard... or 20, we began restoration on this one of a kind historic home.

While updating the septic line, we learned that this was one of the first 10 homes ever plumbed in Carlisle.

Hardwood floors throughout take a lot of time and effort to restore...

But the finished product is always worth the toil.
